By accessing or using the Angkoro platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Angkoro provides software that allows merchants to create and manage e-commerce stores within Telegram.

Angkoro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content (products, images, text) that you post on your store. You agree not to use the Service to sell illegal goods, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angkoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
